Slice o' Fun

Birminghamians love nothing more than a new restaurant. Saturday, we were those people. And, I must say, I'm so glad we were. Slice Pizza & Brew is just that - good pizza and a wonderful selection of beer.

We tried the baked feta appetizer - yum. I will definitely be cooking this at home. So simple, but so good. Feta with olive oil, red peppers and herbs. As Ina Garten would say, how easy is that?

Voila - the pollo pesto pizza. Thin crust pizza cooked in a wood burning oven with pesto, tomatoes, feta, artichokes and chicken. We're obsessed with pesto lately

I want to try Slice now - looks so good! I am glad that was your place to try bc I love pizza and trying new restaurants as well. I will def add that one to the list!
